Public trust is built through transparency.
Trust is the foundation of Count & Deliver. Public confidence requires transparency about what our data can reveal, what it cannot yet reveal, and how our methods will continue to improve over time.
Representation
Participation alone does not automatically represent the broader population. Count & Deliver will provide transparent information about where participation is strongest, where additional voices are needed, and what limitations exist in interpreting the data.
Methodology
Every published Count & Deliver result includes a plain-language explanation of how information was collected, verified, moderated, organized, and interpreted — including any known limitations or areas where the data may be incomplete.
Nonpartisanship
Count & Deliver is not a political party, candidate endorsement platform, or lobbying vehicle for predetermined policies.
How priorities are reviewed and verified
Every submitted priority follows a transparent review process designed to reduce spam, prevent manipulation, and preserve public trust.
- Submitted: received but not yet verified or moderated.
- Email verified: the submitter confirmed control of the submitted email address.
- Uniqueness checked: duplicate and abuse checks completed.
- Publicly countable: verified, approved, categorized, and included in aggregate views.
- Research-grade future tier: optional demographic and sampling methods developed with qualified researchers.
