This is not a partisan pledge or endorsement system. It is a transparency tool. No person claiming to be an official or candidate will be publicly listed until identity and role are reviewed.

Use this form only if you are an elected official, appointed official, candidate, or authorized campaign/office representative. Submissions require email confirmation and manual review before public listing.

You will receive a verification email. Public listing is not automatic.
