Public Commitment Registry

Listening connects to public accountability.

Count & Deliver invites elected officials, appointed officials, and candidates to publicly state that they are willing to review verified public priorities and respond in good faith.

This is not a partisan pledge or endorsement system. It is a transparency tool. No person claiming to be an official or candidate will be publicly listed until identity and role are reviewed.

Citizens identify priorities

People submit priorities through the public priority form.

Themes are published transparently

Verified and approved submissions can become public participation signals.

Leaders respond publicly

Officials, candidates, and institutions may state whether and how they will respond.

Request review for the Public Commitment Registry

Use this form only if you are an elected official, appointed official, candidate, or authorized campaign/office representative. Submissions require email confirmation and manual review before public listing.

You will receive a verification email. Public listing is not automatic.

Identity review matters

Any official or candidate submission is treated as unverified until reviewed. Future versions may require additional corroborating evidence before public listing.
